I came in after most of the demo had already been finished. Total customer, interior design (she had a pretty good idea about what she wanted). Total time of project: 79hrs about.
Floor Demo and Prep
Underlay and Flooring
Started painting walls, waiting on a better door so I can rip up the rest of the flooring. (I should have primed before I started painting, but only three walls in the whole place were off white). Thus the additional cost was minimal.
New Door (Custom fit) Flooring, Base board and painting, basically done
Base board Sample. All the posts are slightly twisted so the finished look isn't perfect, around them, not to mention some cleaning still has to happen.
Second Floor bedroom. Flooring started (I still need to take a pic of finished look)
Stairs after Carpet removal
Underlay going on..... Slightly different stuff then I'm used to, but the customer got it for nothing.
