Day one: Plate pinned down, walls framed in. For this Job the customer wanted to help. Thus he assisted me with framing and drywall, keeping the job well below budget I imagine.
Total hrs: 33hrs
Insulation in, dry wall on. Door in. Ready for mudding
Mudding and sanding done. This is as far as I took this part of the job due to the reason that the customer did the paining on his own.
Flooring started, electrical in, almost done.
Finished interior look. Customer primed and painted walls. Fairly nice look'n floor purchased at an excellent price.
